Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has said that public transport will remain suspended from tomorrow (Monday) until further direction.
The minister made the announcement speaking to reporters in the capital on Sunday morning.
Despite the closure of public transport, vehicles carrying goods and relief materials, emergency services, medicines, newspapers, and garment materials will remain out of the purview of this restriction, Quader said.
