President Abdul Hamid received the first jab of Covid-19 vaccine on Wednesday afternoon.
He received the shot at 5:00pm, his Press Secretary Joynal Abedin said.
The government launched a countrywide vaccination drive on Feb 7.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina received her first dose on March 4. On February 24, her sister Sheikh Rehana had her first vaccine jab.
