A Dhaka court on Monday sentenced five people, including a sub-inspector (SI) of police, to 10 years’ imprisonment in a case filed for committing a robbery.
Judge Md Shahidul Islam of the Special Judge Court-6 of Dhaka handed down the verdict this noon.
The convicts are Sub-inspector Mosaddek Hossain Khan, Monirul Islam, Sazzad Hossain, Lutfur Rahman Khan and Liton Hawlader.
