Major (retd) Sinha murder: 4 cops give confessional statements

Four policemen gave their confessional statements before a court in a case filed over the murder of Major (retd) Sinha Md Rashed Khan.
Judge Tamanna Farah of Senior Judicial Magistrate Court-4 in Cox’s Bazar recorded their statements under section 164 of code of criminal procedure.
A team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) brought them to the court of Cox’s Bazar Senior Judicial Magistrate Tamanna Farah on Wednesday morning.
Before taking them to the court, the accused suspended Sub-Inspector of Police Liton Mia, constables Safanur Karim, Kamal Hossain and Abdullah Al Mamun were taken to Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital for health check-up.
