Dhamrai municipal mayor infected with Covid-19

Golam Kabir, mayor of Dhamrai municipality, has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Kabir, president of municipal unit of Awami League, himself confirmed the matter to media.
He gave his sample to the Apollo Hospitals in the capital for a COVID-19 test on Friday after showing symptoms of the disease.
The result of the test came back positive in the same day.
Urging everyone to pray for him, the mayor said that he is taking treatment from his home.
