Two people who landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Saturday noon were sent to hospital after authorities detected that they had fever.
They returned in a flight from Dubai, a Biman official said.
“As the symptoms are very much similar to coronavirus, we have sent them to Kuwait Bangladesh Friendship Government Hospital,” he added.
The fast spreading coronavirus has claimed over 10,000 lives and infected more than 245,000 people across the world, according to the worldometer.
Meanwhile, a Bangladeshi died of the Covid-19 and 20 others were infected so far.
