Bazlur, Kochi elected president, general secretary of Awami League’s Dhaka north unit

Sheikh Bazlur Rahman and SM Mannan Kochi have been made president and general secretary of Bangladesh Awami League Dhaka north unit respectively.
Meanwhile, Abu Ahmed Mannafi and Sharfuddin Ahmed Sentu have been made president and general secretary of Bangladesh Awami League Dhaka South unit respectively.
Earlier on Saturday, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated a triennial council of Dhaka North and South City units of Bangladesh Awami League (AL) at the historic Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital.
